MANAGING DIRECTOR & NAVAL ARCHITECT

A co-founding partner of FISH, Pete has designed, tested and commissioned many successful vessels internationally ranging from 5.5m to 50m, operating at speeds above 55kt. Pete’s proven background and experience in Project Management, Naval Architecture and High Speed Hull Form Development remains key to the success of FISH projects. Whilst heading up the commercial side of the business Pete maintains a close involvement with the FISH team on all projects and is passionate about continuing to evolve and push boundaries.

DESIGN DIRECTOR

A co-founding partner of FISH with more than 30 years of experience designing and building a broad range of vessels Chris has worked on some of the world's finest super yachts, race boats, commercial vessels, high speed interceptors and more than 80 offshore life boats for the RNLI. Chris' background in hands on composite boat building design and production engineering is key to FISH's success over the last 10 years. Heading up our design team Chris' experience and knowhow is evident in every vessel and every drawing we produce.

STRUCTUAL ENGINEER (M2ED)

With a wealth of experience in Engineering Marine Composite Structures and Naval Architecture spanning over 25 years, Miles’ partnership with FISH has seen the launch of many fantastic and often complex composite vessels. With an engineering portfolio spanning high speed powerboats, MOD workboats and RNLI lifeboats to Americas Cup sailing yachts Miles is experienced and well versed to develop and engineer the appropriate solution for each individual client. Miles is also an authorised Naval Architect for MECAL and YDSA.

DESIGN ENGINEER

Having completed his bachelor’s degree in Yacht Design and Production followed by an MSc in Superyacht Design Andrew joined FISH in 2022 and instantly became a key member of team FISH. With a sailing background spanning his whole life, Andrew’s passion and in-depth knowledge of boats is evident in all the projects he is involved in. With responsibilities including the evolution of our CNC capability for model testing, Andrew is instrumental in many aspects of FISH’s development today.

DESIGN ENGINEER

With over 10 years’ experience as a boat builder prior to his degree in Yacht Design and Production, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the team.  Previous build projects include Americas Cup, Persico, Oyster Yachts, Compass Tenders and a 100ft Super Maxi, to name a few.  Adam’s build background perfectly complements his role as a Design Engineer within FISH and ensures our output is always suitable for the level of technology being applied.

CONSULTANT NAVAL ARCHITECT

Following completion of his degree in Yacht and Power Craft design Paul has gained a broad experience in the marine industry, working with prestigious companies and individuals such as Nigel Irens, BMT Nigel Gee and Sunseeker.  Paul brings a wealth of design and hands on experience in CNC machining which has been instrumental in FISH’s development of building composite vessels without the requirement for tooling, and FISH’s aluminium craft.    Having worked with FISH for over 3 years, Paul is a key member of the team and an asset to FISH’s design and technology implementation.

MARKETING MANAGER

Tara, a marketing and branding specialist, joined the FISH team in 2022. Having gained a First-Class Honours degree in Fashion and Textiles, Tara founded and managed an award winning bespoke bridal business, with designs featured in Vogue and Brides Magazine. She was awarded 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'Woman in Business' finalist in the South in 2016. We are hugely proud to have Tara as part of our team. Her hard work and expertise has already driven our 2023 re-brand and we look forward to seeing what the future holds.
